Fresh Air Cinema: Spaceballs at Stanley Park

For the last couple Tuesdays in a row we’ve been over at Stanley Park for the Outdoor Cinema series. The first Tuesday kicked off the summer screenings with the cult classic, Spaceballs. It was hot and Vancouver was finally rewarded with some much needed sun, so the girls headed around with their backpack misters, refreshing the 6,000+ movie goers.

The following Tuesday we were there to see the Lion King with what felt like a whole city of people. I’ll be honest, I haven’t seen the Lion King in ages and I wasn’t sure if I’d be into it or not, but a classic like that definitely holds up over time.

We’re looking forward to another great night, so we’ll see you tonight for the screening of Grease!
