Coastal Summer Cocktail Recipe

This refreshing summer drink is over-the-top delicious AND good for you! We make it as a mocktail regularly or mix it up with local rosé wine to make it a cocktail on the weekend.

The Coastal Summer Drink is made with fresh ingredients available in local B.C. markets making it extra refreshing.

Ingredients:
Whistler Glacial Water
Rosé wine (optional)
Crushed iced
1/4 peach or nectarine, sliced
A few raspberries
A few sprigs of thyme
Edible flowers for garnish

Layer a chilled glass with crushed ice, fruit, and herbs. Fill with Whistler Glacial Water for a hydrating mocktail or fill 3/4 full with a local rosé then top with Whistler Glacial Water for a refreshing cocktail. Garnish with edible flowers.
