Do you remember to deb-waterapprink plenty of water every day?  With work and home life distractions, we often forget to drink the recommended daily amount.  That’s where water tracking apps for your smartphone come in handy!  One of our favourites is Daily Water, a free, easy-to-use app with optional sound effects, daily tracking, customizable features and programmable reminders to help you reach your water consumption goals.

Another app that we’ve tried is Waterlogged, another basic option that allows you to set a personalized water goal based on your height, weight and age.  It also allows you to set handy reminders (because let’s face it…we all need to be reminded from time to time!).
