CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
Whistler Water’s “2 Tickets to Grouse Mountain” Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding Quebec.
Any entrant under the age of majority must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf all necessary documentation in respect of this Promotion, including entry forms and releases. Void where prohibited.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. All employees or agents of the Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any entity involved in the production, implementation, promotion, administration or fulfillment of the Promotion, and the individuals living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
The “Sponsor” and “Administrator” is Whistler Water Inc.
The Promotion will begin August 18th at 8:00am. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”), and end at 11:59 p.m. PST, September 15th. The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

The Sponsor may use your entry to promote the current or future sweepstakes. Your entry will never be sold to third parties. All Entries must be received no later than the end of the Contest Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced.
Two Alpine Experience tickets to Grouse Mountain. (Expires June 8th, 2015)
The Grouse Mountain lift ticket prize will be awarded based on a random draw on September 19th, 2014. Potential winners will be notified immediately online and instructed as to how the prize can be claimed. All prizes must be claimed by October 15th, 2014 or the prize will be forfeited. Before a winner can be declared, each selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered in person or online.
The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of entries received during the corresponding Contest Period.
